Once your order is marked as shipped the delivery address cannot be changed. Royal Mail - Deliver to Neighbour Policy: Royal Mail have introduced the 'Deliver to Neighbour' policy, which took effect on the 1st October 2012. If a customer is out when Royal Mail try to deliver an item that is too large to fit through their letter box, they will attempt to leave the item with a neighbour. If an item is delivered to a neighbouring property a ‘Something for you’ card should be posted through your letterbox telling you this. If an item is unable to be delivered to the address or a neighbour, a card should be left and the item will be returned to the local Royal Mail Sorting Depot to await collection, or to arrange a re-delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail do forget to leave 'something for you cards' and in 97% of cases parcels are located safely, either awaiting collection with a neighbour or at the local depot. Items are held at the Sorting Depot for 15 working days and are then returned to sender if not collected. Any household who would prefer not to have any items delivered to a neighbour can opt-out of the service by contacting Royal Mail.

UK Standard delivery is FREE:
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class and should arrive 1-2 working days after dispatch. Orders weighing over 1kg will be sent by courier and should arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch. If in the unusual event your order contains items which are currently out of stock, the available products will be dispatched immediately and as soon as the out of stock item becomes available it will be immediately dispatched at no extra charge. Before placing your order, please note: Order before 3pm on Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch your order the *same day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times. At certain busy times of the year delays can be expected.
UK Next Day Delivery for only £6.99:
Before placing your order please read the following information: Express Delivery orders placed before 11am Monday - Friday are *dispatched the same day using either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be delivered the following working day.Please note:Orders placed on a Friday maybe be delivered on the following Monday as this is not next available working day. Orders that weigh over 2kg have to be shipped via courier as it is above the Royal Mail weight band. Orders placed on a Thursday after 11am that weigh over 2kg will arrive by courier at the latest the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday or working day for next day delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee Saturday delivery as standard.
UK Saturday Delivery for only £9.99:
Before placing your order please read the following information: UK Saturday Delivery orders will need to be placed before 11am on Friday. The order will be *dispatched the same day using either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Saturday service and will be delivered on the next available Saturday. If you have missed the Friday deadline and the order is urgent please contact Customer Services for further assistance.
We do not deliver to overseas PO Box numbers.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe, and the World! However due to current shipping costs weight restrictions are currently in place. If you find the country that you wish to ship to is not appearing on our countries list, please contact customer services on 0845 094 4032, who will rectify this for you.

What if I need my order the next day?
We offer a guaranteed next working day delivery service within the UK for orders placed Monday to Friday. Your order must be received by 3pm (11am on Friday for Saturday delivery) and will arrive the following working day, subject to the usual payment security checks. Orders that arrive after 3pm will still be treated as a priority and will be dispatched same day if possible, please contact Customer Services if you require confirmation.
Overseas Customers - we offer Express delivery within 2-4 days dependent on location, for an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Services department straight away for a quote.
Can I have my goods sent to a different delivery address?
Many of our Fabu-licious customers require delivery to either a work address or to the address of a Fabu-licious girlie friend or relative, we have therefore enabled our site to offer this service. However, we will need your billing address as well. When you enter the checkout process please ensure you complete both the billing address and preferred delivery address sections. If you are ordering by phone, post or e-mail, please ensure to include both your billing address, and the delivery address, if different.
What happens if I'm not there to take delivery of my order?
For Express delivery customers a signature is required as proof of delivery, the postman will therefore leave a card and you will be requested to collect your parcel from the local depot. For Free UK delivery and Standard delivery customers will find that in most countries a calling card is left to inform of attempted delivery. Using the details on the card you can either re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the local sorting office. Occasionally, Mr. Postie forgets to leave a calling card, therefore if your parcel is not delivered within the expected delivery time please visit your local depot to see if they are holding the parcel for collection; our Customer Services team will be happy to supply you with the tracking reference for orders sent via Express delivery.
What information will the delivery note include?
Many orders are for gifts, we therefore attempt to limit the information that each delivery note contains. However, product code, product title and quantity are included. Please remember that we will need the delivery note for any returns. Delivery notes for overseas customers may contain more information due to Customs legislation.
