How long do I have to register my gift? You need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date on your gift registration booklet. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.
How long does my adoption last? Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration.
How long does it take for me to receive my certificate, photograph and voucher? These will be dispatched within 28 days receipt of your registration details. Occasionally, factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times.
Can I visit the cats? International Aid of the Protection & Welfare of Animals (IAPWA) welcomes applications from volunteers to assist with overseas projects – a great chance to offer some hands-on help. Projects may provide the opportunity to meet some of the animals that have been rescued.
Which Cat have I adopted? Unfortunately, because of the numbers of cats which need help, it is not possible to identify the specific cat which you are adopting. However your help is vital for the protection and care of these neglected animals.

If for any reason your chosen project is unavailable, the charity reserves the right to allocate the donation wherever they feel the need is greatest. For every person that registers their gift, Gift Republic donates approximately 10% of the RRP directly to IAPWA. The adoption is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
