Any modifications of these terms and conditions will be published on this website. Fabu-licious will endeavour to keep our customer informed of any changes by posting a notification on our Homepage. No contract will exist between Fabu-licious and a customer until Fabu-licious, or one of its suppliers, despatch a Customer's order. Ownership of these goods will then pass to the customer. Any contracts formed will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Fabu-licious and the customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Ordering
Customers are able to purchase our Fabu-licious products either via Fabu-licious.com or by email at Info@Fabu-licious.com. Once an order is placed an email confirmation for the transaction amount will be sent to the registered email address. This is notification that your bank has authorised the transaction. However, this will not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, you will receive an email confirmation once the goods have been despatched.
Our system supports Automatic Address Verification (AVS); customer's billing address details are verified with their acquiring bank. For orders where the customer's billing address details are either "not supported", "not checked" or "not matched" with their acquiring bank, Fabu-licious.com reserves the right to manually check the customer's details before sending out the order. This may delay despatch by up to 84 hours from the published delivery times. Following successful address verification all orders will be despatched according to the published delivery times.
Prices
Quoted prices on the Fabu-licious site do not include the published postage and packing cost, this will be added at checkout. Prices displayed on the Fabu-licious site are in GBP.
Terms of Payment
Payment is required at point of sale. Goods will not be despatched until payment is received and/or unless either a credit card has been verified, or postal order / guaranteed cheque has cleared funds. All online/telephone transactions are processed using a secure server. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Visa Delta and Solo, Cheque or Postal Order.
Delivery Dates
Fabu-licious uses third party couriers, as such Fabu-licious are not able to guarantee delivery dates or lead times. Delivery times start once an order has successfully passed through the verification process.
Postage and Packing
We offer FREE postage for All UK orders over £50.00
A postage and packing charge will be added to orders, and will correspond to the choice of delivery option the Customer has chosen, the band level of the product and the delivery destination. The cost of postage and packing is provided at the point of choosing between delivery options and can also be viewed in the delivery section of the site.
Currently deliveries are restricted to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada.
Returns Procedure
Customers have the right to return an item under the distance selling regulations. This does not apply to any item personalised, made to a customer specification or for use of a personal nature. To return any item, you can e-mail or write to Fabu-licious within 14 days of the day following delivery of your order, quoting your order ID. The item must be in its original state and in a re-saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene items of a personal nature i.e. earrings cannot be returned. Items may be returned to the Fabu-licious Customer Services department following our returns procedure, which can be found on the customer services page. Any costs incurred in returning the item/s are the responsibility of the customer, although we strongly suggest that a signed for service is used. We will refund within 14 days of your return being received. A full refund will be given for items returned to us within this period; items not returned at the customers own cost will have the direct cost of retrieving the item/s deducted from the refund value. If a customer has not notified Fabu-licious in writing, within 7 days after delivery, of any defects found the items will be deemed accepted on delivery. Damages, faulty goods, or loss/shortage in transit must be notified to Fabu-licious within 7 days of receipt or expected receipt of order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Breach of these Terms
Fabu-licious reserve the right, in the event of a customer being in breach of any of these conditions, to refuse access to the Fabu-licious site and service until such time that these breaches have been rectified.
Limitation of Liability
Fabu-licious shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by the Customer or any Third Party unless it is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Fabu-licious employees and then only to the extent not excluded by our Terms & Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Statutory Rights
The Fabu-licious terms and conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights, and if any term of the Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected.
